OUR PHILOSOPHY
EquaMagna’s philosophy is to build up HR resources when and where they are needed and supplement with the necessary project work, just in time, based on our clients’ short, medium- and long-term People strategy and goals.
PRICE STRUCTURE
EquaMagna offers HR a la Carte!
EquaMagna fee can be based on specialized projects or offered as an hourly retainer agreement based on a set of agreed initiatives.
The agreements we provide are flexible and can range from an hourly retainer type agreement adapted to the clients’ needs, and will include up to a couple of days a week on their site, working along side their team, or remotely, as preferred by the client.
WHAT IF I HAVE PAYROLL
For clients who have a payroll resource and limited HR expertise, the same type of consulting retainer can be offered on an as needed basis, based on weekly scheduled meetings on or off site, organized at the client’s request.
PROJECT BASED
The work can also be based on a specific project-based assignment, with a finite timeline, such as an HR audit or a Compliance Training Initiative. EquaMagna’s ability to scale up or down in hours based on the clients’ needs is incredibly unique and is meant to adapt and evolve with the strategy and needs of its clients.

A Retainer agreement can be sustained over several months or years, and as the needs of the organization evolve and grow, may end with the hiring of a full-time dedicated HR resource to maintain the systems built by EquaMagna. In that case, EquaMagna will help place a qualified HR candidate to ensure continuation and success.
