Our Partnership starts with a definition of your project and timeline. It will be followed by several milestone progress meetings, including presentation of top candidates, Interview debrief calls, assessment, and reference process calls, offer extension calls and transition and onboarding process.

We work with our candidates to evaluate their current and desired compensation.  We then work with our clients to position and extend all offers in the most compelling and market-relevant manner.

Price Structure

We work on a retainer or contingency basis depending on the type of search, with a guaranteed successful placement for one year.
